Morgan Claims 200m Title at Lincoln University Invitational as Deeble Dominates the 100m Hurdles

Oxford Township, PA — on Thursday, the Lincoln University Invitational saw the Essex County College Wolverines deliver a strong showing, highlighted by a standout performance from sprinter and hurdler, Kadina Deeble.

 

Deeble captured first place in the women's 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.4 seconds and followed with a second-place finish in the 100-meter dash, crossing in 12.6 seconds. Displaying both technical precision over the barriers and explosive speed on the flat, she remained a key contributor for Essex throughout the meet.

 

Deeble's performance set the tone for the Wolverines, who continued to build momentum throughout the competition. Among the day's standout efforts was Sophmore Aaliyaha Morgan, who won the women's 200-meter dash while posting a personal-best time of 25.2 seconds.
